Event features FIRST chefs putting their best wings forward for the ultimate prize…

WHO:
FIRST Food & Bar inside The Shoppes at The Palazzo and the amazing chefs of FIRST – Sam DeMarco, Rob Ryan and Jake Mual.

WHAT:
FIRST is hosting the first–ever Wing Throwdown which finds their top three ranked chefs creating, cooking and serving their best wing recipe.

Guests visiting FIRST Food & Bar that night are encouraged to head to the tasting area, try out the wings and vote for their favorite. Diners can also sign up for the ultimate wing eating contest (limited to first 10 competitors). Winner of the wing eating competition will win a $100 FIRST Food & Bar gift card as well as a goodie bag.

Winner of the Wing Throwndown receives the greatest prize of all…major bragging rights in the FIRST Food & Bar kitchen.

WHEN:
Saturday, July 31, 2010
10 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Diners are invited to judging and vote for their favorite wing
10 p.m. – Sign up for wing eating competition begins
Midnight – 1 a.m. – Post party with open sponsored bar by Stoli White Pomagranik and specials from Wirtz Beverage Coors.

There will be drink specials during this event and FIRST Food & Bar’s reverse happy hour begins at 11 p.m.
